I was out surfing at the pier on Tuesday and Wednesday and noticed you taking photos! Don’t suppose you got any of me? I’d happily pay you for any decent shots….
I was one of the only two girls out. I’ve got shortish dark hair (the other girl has long hair) and I was riding a white board.
I’m putting a few more of the better ones up this evening – have a look through and see if you can spot yourself. If so, let me know and I’ll be happy to get some printed..
Awesome pics Toby, very impressive. I was the guy on the white popout with red stripes. I’ve noticed myself loitering in the background of a few shots. Nice memories of a glorious day!

To be honest it was my first time down there photographing the guys, so I don’t know any of them yet, so I couldn’t say who was who, or how good they were (other than that they were all a lot better than me!). The ones of the link are the only ones I have for now. Next time I’ll get closer (I might take an underwater camera in), so hopefully will have some shots with a different view. We’ll keep you posted I’m sure, just waiting for some more waves now!
